How do I register on the site?
Go to My-Keur-Immo.com. You will need to fill out the registration form and validate your email address ( remember to check your spam folder ). You can create a Personal or Professional account.
How can I switch from a Personal account to a Business account?
You will first need to delete your personal account. To do this, go to your Personal Area , in the My Profile , and click on " Delete my account ". Then simply register as a Professional from the registration page. Alternatively, you can create a new professional account with a different email address.
What are the differences between a Pro account and a Personal account?
The Personal account gives you access to the À la Carte Packages. The Professional account gives you access to both À la Carte Packages and Professional Packages. In addition, a Professional account gives you access to multiple features: the ability to register your website, social media accounts, a presence in the "Recommended Agencies" section, access to the Seller and Buyer database, etc.
How do I post an ad?
After subscribing to a Pro Pack or an à la carte Pack, simply click on " Create an ad ". Then follow the steps indicated.
How long will it take for my ad to be approved?
Once your ad is " pending ," it will be reviewed by our moderators. If your ad meets our requirements, it will be published within 48 hours of submission.
Can I edit an ad?
Yes, you can edit an ad at any time. It will be subject to approval by our moderators.
Why was my ad rejected?
Several reasons can lead us to refuse to publish an ad: False information, price too attractive to be realistic, photo containing personal data, etc… You will be informed of the reason for rejection in your dashboard .
Can I make an ad temporarily invisible?
Yes, you can make an ad invisible at any time directly from the dashboard.
How long will my listing remain visible on Keur-Immo?
If you have subscribed to a La Carte Package , your listing will remain visible on the site for 4 months. With a Pro Package , the listing will remain online for the duration of your package, as well as upon its renewal.
Am I required to include a price in my listing?
Yes. On Keur-Immo, every listing has a price.
I'm marketing a new real estate project; how do I publish an advertisement for this type of property?
When creating your advertisement, simply indicate in the " Property Type " section that it is a " Residence ," and indicate " New Status section . The price you enter will automatically be preceded by "starting from," and will correspond to the first units.
What are the differences between Pro Packs and À la Carte Packs?
Pro Packs are only available to Professional accounts. À la Carte Packs are available to everyone. Pro Packs allow a certain number of ads to be online simultaneously, while À la Carte Packs allow the creation of a certain number of ads. Finally, Pro Packs offer options only available to Pro Accounts (banner ads, database access, etc.).
Can I change my Pro Pack during these 6 months?
You have the option to upgrade to a higher Pro Pack during the 6-month period . A pro-rata discount will then apply. The number of days already used on your first Pack will be deducted from the price of the new one . However, you will not be able to subscribe to a lower Pro Pack .
I want to renew my Pro Pack, what's the procedure?
You can renew your Pro Pack directly from the "My Packs" page. A new 6-month period will then begin after your current Pack expires.
What is the deadline to renew my Pro Pack?
You have until the last day of your current Pro Pack period to renew it.
What will happen if I don't renew my Pro Pack?
The ads and Boosts in your Pro Pack will be permanently lost .
What is a Boost?
A Boost allows your ad to be present at the top of search listings, as well as occasionally on the Keur-Immo homepage.
How can I boost an ad?
Simply click on the " Rocket " icon on your dashboard, next to the ad you want to boost.
Why am I not getting any feedback on my listing?
Several factors could explain why you have very few (or no) customer responses since posting your listing. Is the price realistic? Are the photos high quality? Have you provided as much information as possible? Also, keep in mind that many listings are posted regularly on Keur-Immo, and yours could easily go unnoticed. Consider a Boost ! Finally, make sure you have entered the correct phone number.
How will I be contacted?
Users will be able to contact you via the form on the ad page, by phone, and via WhatsApp at the number you provide. They can also contact you by email at your account address. Check your spam folder!
Does Keur-Immo receive a commission on transactions?
No, and we do not intervene in any way in any transaction .
