Agency description
Peacock Investments is a Senegalese public limited company with a capital of 404,840,000 CFA francs. A subsidiary of the Moroccan HOLMARCOM Group following a majority stake acquisition in July 2013, its mission is to contribute to the economic development
of Senegal through social and mid-range housing, positioning itself as a builder of well-being.
Housing is a fundamental element, indeed one of the pillars of family life. Facilitating access to decent housing for low- and middle-income Senegalese workers is one of the large-scale emergency social measures of
the President's "Emerging Senegal Project." Contributing to facilitating homeownership for Senegalese households is PEACOCK INVESTMENTS' primary mission.
At a time when the government is tackling the issue of rent reduction, a real headache for middle-income Senegalese due to the significant strain it places on household budgets, Peacock Investments is fully aligned with the government's housing policy through the "One Family, One Roof" program. The development of new urban centers will help alleviate congestion in the capital and, at the same time, create jobs for young people.
It is within this framework that Peacock Investments has established the Civil Servants' City. This project includes the construction of 2,800 high-quality homes in a pleasant living environment on a 72-hectare site in Diamniadio.
These villas, designed by Senegalese architects, come in 4 types:
F3 KHEWEUL, F4 IBIS, F6 NAATANGUE and F5 TAWFEKH.
This project is aimed at Senegalese people with middle and low incomes, whether they are residents in the country or part of the diaspora.
Ideally located in Diamniadio, in an environment combining quality of life and family well-being, the Civil Servants' City aims to be resolutely modern and embodying an ecological ideal, hence the concept of a green city.
In doing so, numerous amenities will be available to its residents and the local population. These include green spaces, a daycare center, places of worship, a sports field, a shopping center, a primary school, etc.
Our main prerogative is to satisfy our valued customers by delivering quality products within reasonable delivery times and at unbeatable selling prices.
I will conclude my remarks with a quote from Malek Bennabi: "Civilization is not an accumulation, but a construction, an architecture."
